The same development loop can take different paths. These examples share one small studio world and four requirements. What changes is which requirements the trajectory discovers, which behaviors it repairs or breaks, and when it acts.

The five illustrated outcomes are true convergence, false convergence, plateau, regression and premature action. True convergence discovers and repairs the four requirements in the defined example. False convergence satisfies the known checks while hidden requirements remain unmet. Plateau stops with an acknowledged gap. Regression breaks a requirement that previously held. Premature action proceeds with insufficient evidence. The chart derives unresolved counts from explicit requirement states; evaluator-only information is hidden until requested. The figures are illustrations, not measured comparative results.

An outcome can contain more than one failure: a regression may also be hidden by a passing proxy, for example. The selected traces isolate each idea so that its cause is visible. Reaching zero in the complete evaluator ledger concerns only the four requirements and conditions deliberately defined here.
